Budget friendly secondary living, built properly and fast. A detached granny flat fast-tracked under the CDC pathway, quicker approvals, less red tape, more value in the build. A sewer main through the building zone. Instead of an expensive relocation, we engineered a suspended floor that bridges it entirely - costs down, design intact.
